SHIPPING POLICY
All raw bundle orders have a 6-8 business day processing period.
We are processing a high volume of orders and take a high level of care with preparing and packaging each order.
Processing Times
- Raw Bundle Orders: Processing takes 1-10 business days, extending to 14 business days during sale periods.
- Wig Orders: Processing takes 1-10 business days.
- Clip In Orders: Processing takes 1-14 business days.
- Lace frontal and closure orders: Processing takes 1-10 business days.
- Hot Tools and Accessories: Processing time is 1-3 business days.
No Weekend/Holiday Processing: Orders are not processed over the weekend or during national holidays.
Domestic Shipping
- Carrier: All orders within the US are shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS.
- Delivery Times: Standard delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days after processing. Economy delivery takes 5-8 business days after processing.
International Shipping
- Carrier: International orders are shipped via FedEx Or UPS.
- Delivery Times: Typically take 3 to 10 business days.
- Tariffs and Duties: International shipping costs do not cover tariffs or duties imposed by your home country. Please consider this before placing an order.
Expedited Shipping Requests
- Request Process: For expedited 1-day shipping, email us at contact@darklabelhair.com with your order number. Note that not all requests can be accommodated.
Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned Packages
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to insufficient address information, it will be restocked, and store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card will be issued minus the initial shipping charge and a $35 restock fee.
- Address Corrections: Ensure your address is correct at checkout. Address changes must be made within 12 hours of purchase. A $5 reassessment fee applies for changes requested after this period.
- Responsibility: Dark Label is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once in the hands of the carrier, contact your local post office for any issues.
Refunds, Returns, and Chargebacks
- No Returns or Cancellations: We do not accept returns or order cancellations. Verify your order details before finalizing your purchase.
- If you recieved the wrong order the item can be returned but it must be returned unused snd un tampered with or we will not replace it.
- Transit Delays: In rare instances, transit delays may occur. Dark Label is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or acts of nature. Consequently, refunds or chargebacks will not be honored for transit delays due to these factors.
- Chargebacks:Dark Label does not take responsibility for chargebacks related to shipping delays, lost, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by the carrier and we are not held reliable for any fraudulent orders. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.
